Run admissions, fees and records from one place.

Schools, colleges, vocational and training centres.

Education

Introduction

Schools and training centres juggle applications, instalment payments and records across terms and branches. We build systems that keep every student, payment and receipt in order.

Challenges

What gets in the way in education.

  • 01

    Fee tracking

Instalments paid in cash, banks and mobile money are hard to reconcile per student.

  • 02

    Paper records

Registers and files are slow to search and easy to lose.

  • 03

    Several branches

Head office needs one view while each branch manages its own students.

Built for Tanzanian rules

The laws and regulators we design around.

  1. 01

    Admission rules by level

Admission forms and checks follow the regulator for your level: NECTA results for schools, NACTVET for certificate and diploma colleges, and TCU for universities.

  2. 02

    Government e-Payment Gateway (GePG)

Where fees go to a public institution, bills carry a GePG control number so people can pay by bank or mobile money and the payment is matched automatically.

  3. 03

    Learner records

Results, attendance and fee records are kept per student with a clear history, ready for inspections, transfers and parent queries.

    Personal Data Protection Act, 2022

Pupil and parent data, including children’s data, is collected with consent, protected by role-based access and never shared beyond what the school needs.
