Privacy notice

This notice explains how Zentrya Limited (“Zentrya”, “we”) handles personal information when you use www.zentrya.co.tz. We process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022 of the United Republic of Tanzania.

What we collect

• Details you send us: your name, organisation, email, phone number and project details when you use the project planner, email, WhatsApp or phone.
• Assistant conversations: messages typed into Zenny stay in your browser. They are saved on your device only if you allow Preferences cookies, and are not sent to us unless you choose to send a brief.
• Analytics: only if you allow analytics cookies, anonymised information about how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate region).

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals.
• To deliver and support services you have agreed with us.
• To understand and improve the website, where you have consented.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Sharing

We use trusted providers to run this site and our communications, for example website hosting, email delivery and, with consent, analytics. They process data on our instructions only. We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless they become a client relationship, in which case records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by emailing hello@zentrya.co.tz. You can change cookie choices at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
