One digital backbone for a three-business group

The outcome

The owners now see every business from one place, and each team works in a system designed around its own daily routine.

The challenge

Three different businesses were run from notebooks and phone calculators. The owners could not see stock, cash or student payments without visiting each location, and every business had different units, roles and rules.

The solution

How we designed and engineered it.

  1. 01

    One foundation, three products

We engineered a reusable operations core, products, stock movements, sales, expenses and roles, then shaped a dedicated product for each business on top of it.

  2. 02

    Roles that match the floor

Admins manage prices, branches and reports; agents and staff record sales, registrations and instalments from their own branch only.

  3. 03

    Business-specific detail

The restaurant uses kilograms, litres and crates and records wastage separately from damage; the training centre tracks courses, branches and instalment payments per student.

What we delivered

Everything that went live.

  1. 01Group hub with a sub-domain for each business
  2. 02Retail stock, sales, expenses and net-profit reporting
  3. 03Multi-branch student registration with instalment tracking
  4. 04Restaurant stock control with wastage reporting
  5. 05Role-based access for administrators and agents
