Paid-before-exit parking control across two cities

The outcome

Every exit is now backed by a recorded, paid ticket, and the operator has a blueprint for each new site.

The challenge

Cash collected at exits could not be verified against vehicles that had parked, and the operator needed one approach that could be repeated at a second site.

The solution

How we designed and engineered it.

  1. 01

    A lean, controlled flow

Entry ticket, cashier payment and exit barrier are linked: the barrier releases only when the ticket carries a confirmed paid status.

  2. 02

    Retrofit or replace

We specified two hardware paths, retrofitting existing barriers or installing new ones, so the operator could choose by budget.

  3. 03

    Built to repeat

The software was designed as a reusable platform, making each additional site a configuration rather than a rebuild.

What we delivered

Everything that went live.

  1. 01Entry ticketing and cashier interface
  2. 02Barrier control tied to payment status
  3. 03Hardware specification and quotations
  4. 04Reusable multi-site software platform
